The book by Adam York, a 38-year-old man from Pinson, Alabama.
He had an experience very similar to mine in 2018.
I have translated the book into Italian and am currently looking for a publishing house to publish it.
Through my website and this book, I wish to provide tools to allow people who have had experiences similar to mine and Adam’s to process what has happened to them and what is likely still happening; this experience does not have a beginning and an end, it stays with you for life.
In my view, this book could also be useful for the families of patients who have spent long periods in intensive care, to understand how much the bodies and minds of their loved ones had to endure as a result of the illness.
My initiative is not for profit, but solely intended to cover publication costs.
